Return Policy

We strive to deliver all packages to our clients in the best condition and in the minimum possible time. We provide free shipping for all order above Rs. 1,000. For orders under Rs. 1,000, a shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable.

All products should reach you within 2 – 5 working days. However, in situations beyond kidsmartindia' control there may be circumstances, when there is a delay. In such cases, kidsmartindia will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

How do I know if my area is serviceable or not? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery payment in my area?
The COD facility and courier service is available in most parts of India. However, if you are unsure, you can call us at XXXXXXXXX (between 10am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday) or email us at and provide your PIN code. We will inform you as soon as possible about the availability of COD option in this area.

International Orders
We currently provide shipping only within India. However, if you would like to place an order outside of India, please click on the international shipping option on our website or you can send us an email at with the products and quantities that you would like and we would be glad to provide you with the shipping charges and details for the same. Once your order has been confirmed, payment can be made by money transer, mastercard, maestro or visa.

Our of Service Locations
Out of Service Locations – As our delivery agents try to cover most of India, some locations may yet be out of reach for them. There are also instances that the cash on delivery option may not be available in your pin code. In such cases, we try to use another service but, unfortunately, can not confirm delivery time. However, we assure you we will try our best to reach your purchase well in time. Multiple modes may also be used to deliver packages to such locations. If the shipment is unable to be sent out to you, we will give you a complete refund of your amount.

Return Policy
All items purchased can be returned if the product is faulty or defective on receipt. In the case of sunglasses, we do offer returns within 48 hours if you do not like the style as long as it has not been damaged. Product exchange is subject to availability at the time of request. In the event of a product being out of stock, a refund will be given in the earliest possible timeframe. (Normally 3-14 days)
