How do I start shopping on kidsmartindia?
- To make a purchase, you can add products to your basket and click on ‘check-out’ when you are finished. Doing so will guide you to the ‘sign-in’ or registration page.
- As a registered user, you can simply enter your username and proceed towards check-out.
- As an unregistered user, you can create a new account or log-in using your facebook account. Our system will gather the available information from your facebook account and proceed towards checkout. Please note: Facebook does not share address and contact info. You will be asked for these upon check-out.

How do I modify my personal details in my account?
You can do so my first signing into your account and then clicking on ‘My Account’ on the top right corner of your screen. This will display your account details, which can be modified and/or updated.

How do I know the products that are in my Shopping Cart?
To view/edit the items that are in your shopping cart, click on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen.

What are the payment options available at kidsmartindia?
The payment options we support are:
- Cash On Delivery
- Credit card – Visa, MasterCard
- Debit card – Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
Online payments are processed through the PayU payment gateway, which provides a secure encrypted connection for all credit card and debit card transactions.

Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using the COD option?
Yes, kidsmartindia offers an option to pay Cash on Delivery for your orders. You can simply do so, by selecting the Cash On Delivery (COD) option on the check-out page. You will receive a confirmation email of your order, with the payment pending on delivery. Our delivery company will collect the payment from you on delivery of the package at your desired shipping address. Unfortunately, we do not provide the COD facility to all areas in India just yet.

What are the Terms & Conditions for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment?
COD is available for all orders however, for orders below Rs. 1,000, a flat fee of of Rs. 50 will be applied.
Your delivery address should be under serviceable network of our courier partner. Please enter the correct pin code to ensure delivery. Please pay in cash only and do not offer cheque or DD to the courier staff. Please do not pay for any additional charges, i.e. octroi, handling etc. to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from kidsmartindia. In case of payment failure, please ensure the following information has been entered correctly: - Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking) - Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process If your account has been debited after a payment failure, you can contact us on our help-line xxxxxxxxxx (between 10am - 6pm, Monday -Saturday) or send us an email at sales@kidsmartindia.comwith the details and we would be glad to help you. The transaction will be confirmed with our bank and the necessary procedure to refund the money will be undertaken at the earliest. Approximate time for receiving a refund is 7-8 days.
